It has been a rough track season if we are talking about the weather. Even with the rough weather our athletes are facing, they are working hard and improving as best they can. We look forward to our 281 Conference Track Meet every year. Being that regions no longer exist in Track and Field, our 281 Track Meet is our team Championship for the year. Otherwise, each track meet our athletes are trying to best there performances of the season so far to earn a spot in the State Track Meet. Both our girls and boys teams ended up in third place, which takes a great effort from all. As coaches we try to fill all the spots we can to gain as many points as possible. We had a number of our younger athletes place yesterday, which is great. Most of our top performers did very well and placed in their events. This season we have had a boy and a girl get a mark in Pole Vault for the first time in school history; Isaac Van Scharrel 9'3" and Peyton Knox 5'6". Great job to all of our Track and Field athletes.
