The Lady Patriots made quick work of the Crusaders from Sunshine Bible on Tuesday night. The Patriots came out in the first set and limited the Crusaders to 10 total points and rolled to a 25-10, set one win. Set 2 was almost a copy cat of the first set and the Patriots rolled 25-10. In set 3, the Patriots came out with the lead and never looked back beating the opponents 25-15 and earning them a 3-0 match victory. 

The Patriots used some strong serving in the match as the team totaled 19 aces on the night. Katelyn Schroeder led the team with 6 aces, followed by Madison Hofer with 5. The Patriots had a good night at the net as Schroeder tallied 14 kills, Hofer with 7, and Bethany Wiebe chipped in 6. Shandi Chasing Hawk had 27 assists on the night. She also got in on the hitting as she recorded 4 kills. Defensively, Schroeder had 11 digs. 

The Patriots (8-9) will be back in action on Saturday as they travel to James Valley Christian for the 281 Conference Tournament. The ladies come in as the #4 seed and will take on the #5 seeded Wessington Springs, beginning at 10:00 a.m.
