The Patriots used a hot start to the game to win their second game of the season 55-48 against a Lake Preston team used to seeing the Patriots as of late. The Patriots led at halftime 30-26 but a 13-5 run to finish the 3rd quarter pushed the lead to 12.
The Patriots were led by Jackson Maynard with a double double, 15 points - 11 rebounds. Zach Gilbert continues his good shooting by adding 9 points (2 3s) along with 8 rebounds. TJ Salmen added 8 points along with 9 rebounds. Jack Boomsma and Kyle Hamilton both scored 7 points and both had 5 rebounds a piece. Erik Salmen came off the bench to provide 6 points.
The Patriots outrebounded the Divers 46-25.
Both the JH and JV teams won their games against the Divers.
