The Lady Patriots traveled to Faulkton on Tuesday night to take on the Trojans. The Trojans swept the Patriots in 3 (8, 12, 21). In the first two sets, the Patriots had trouble playing consistently and limiting the errors. The Patriots found themselves down big early and could not recover from the deficit. Set three proved to be the best set of the night. The two teams would play close until Faulkton would pull away at the end.
The Patriots would be led offensively by Rebecca Huizenga with five kills. Presley Binger tallied 11 assists and Cambree Hoekman tallied 8 digs on the night. The team tallied 3 aces in game.
The Patriots, 2-5, will be back in action on Thursday night, as they take on their rival conference school, the Wolsey-Wessington Warbirds. Matches begin with Jr. High at 5:15.
