The Patriots took on the Miller Rustlers in the annual pink night match. The first set proved to be point for point until the Rustlers went on 12-0 run and got up 22-10. Miller would eventually win the first set 25-14. 

Set two, the Patriots found themselves down early by 6 and could not recover. The Rustlers won set 2, 25-13. 

In set three, the Patriots struggled to get anything going as the Rustlers used some aggressive serving to get the Patriots out of system. The Patriots fell in the third set, 25-7, and the Rustlers took the match 3-0.

Leading the way for the Patriots was Katelyn Schroeder with 8 kills. Ella and Lila Johnson would each chip in 3 kills each. Gracyn Bixler and Presley Binger added 10 assists and 8 assists each. Defensively, Schroeder led the team with 7 digs and Binger and Cambree Hoekman would each add 5.

The Patriots (10-15) will have some time to regroup as they won't be back in action until  October 13 as they will host the Ipswich Tigers in Tulare. Matches will begin with the Jr. High at 5:15, followed by JV and Varsity.
